Female Poetry

The Female Poetry Collection was inspired by the strength and power of women from the Sertão region, especially the female poets of the Seridó region of Rio Grande do Norte. The references came from the doctoral thesis of Fabiana Silva, manager of the Casa do Artesão do Seridó (House of the Artisan of Seridó), who dedicated herself to studying the cordel literature made by women from Seridó, in their language and identity.

That's how the lyrics of the poet and artist Lourdinha Medeiros left the cordel paper and inspired the clothes, the freedom, the flights, the birds, gained the embroidery, the handicrafts will win even more hearts
